Our team

The people who would actually do the work

There is no account-management layer here. The person on your first call is the practice lead who would run the engagement, and the engineers who design a system are the ones who operate it afterwards.

Leadership

Who leads the practice

Nilesh Vaghela

Founder and CEO

An AWS Hero — a recognition AWS gives to individuals for sustained technical contribution to the community, not something a company can buy. Active in a regional AWS community of over 6,500 members, and the reason Red Hat technologies first reached Gujarat.

Capability

The disciplines on the team

Rather than list individuals, here is what the team is certified and experienced to do. Ask on a call and we will tell you exactly who would be assigned.

Solution architecture

AWS Solutions Architect Professional and Associate. Designing for cost, resilience and operability, not just for the diagram.

DevOps and SysOps

AWS DevOps Engineer and SysOps Administrator certified. Pipelines, automation and the people who carry the pager.

Migration

Assessment, wave planning and execution, including the VMware and Windows estates that most migrations actually consist of.

Open source and Linux

Red Hat Certified System Administrators and Engineers, delivered under Red Hat authorisation.

Generative AI

Amazon Bedrock workloads in production, with retrieval over customer-owned knowledge bases.

Training

The same engineers teach the Academy courses, which is why the labs resemble real problems.

Accreditation

What the team holds

AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner Member of the AWS Partner Network across multiple partner programs.

AWS Competency in Education Granted against customer references and a technical audit in one named solution area.

25+ AWS certifications Solutions Architect Professional and Associate, DevOps, SysOps, Practitioner.

Red Hat Authorized Training Partner Delivering Red Hat's own curriculum and labs under their authorisation.

Next step

Ask who would be on your engagement

A fair question, and one we will answer specifically rather than with a capability statement. Tell us the problem and we will tell you who would work on it.
