What came out of it
The recurring question was not which model to use. It was how to get a generative AI workload into production without handing a knowledge base to a third party, and what it would cost to run once it was there. That is still the question we are asked most often, and it is why we build on Amazon Bedrock inside the customer's own AWS account.
