Questions

The questions people actually ask us

Answers drawn from what we are asked on first calls. If yours is not here, the fastest route is to ask a practice lead directly.

Working with us

Engagements

What do you actually do?
Cloud strategy and architecture, migration onto AWS, application modernisation, managed services, and production generative AI. Plus Red Hat and AWS training through the Academy.
Who is on the first call?
An AWS practice lead from the relevant area, not a salesperson. Thirty minutes, no deck. You describe the situation and we tell you what we think the work is.
What if we are not the right fit?
We will say so on that call. It is a far smaller loss than discovering it three months into an engagement.
How quickly do you reply?
Within 24 business hours, to inquiry@electromech.cloud or +91 75748 77958.
Where are you based?
Ahmedabad, Gujarat. We deliver remotely across India and internationally, and on site where the work requires it.
Are you actually an AWS partner?
An AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner, with an AWS Competency in Education. A competency is granted against customer references and a technical audit, not an application form.

Generative AI

Amazon Bedrock and generative AI

Do you start with a proof of concept?
Always. We have never had a generative AI engagement benefit from skipping it. The point is to find out whether the idea survives contact with your actual data.
How long does delivery take?
A project with a small knowledge base can be completed in about seven days. A large knowledge base is around a month. Genuinely complex custom requirements take longer than a month.
Where does our data go?
Nowhere. The workload runs on Amazon Bedrock inside your own AWS account, under your IAM and network controls. The knowledge base is not copied to us.
Which models do you use?
Whichever suits the workload — Anthropic Claude, Meta Llama, Mistral, Amazon Titan, Stability AI — rather than a house preference. Custom models where the domain genuinely needs one.
Where is generative AI worth the money?
Where the bottleneck is reading, writing or finding something: document generation, knowledge retrieval, customer support, content, and predictive maintenance on industrial telemetry.

Academy

Training and certification

What courses do you run?
Red Hat and AWS certification tracks — RHCSA, RHCE, RH358, DO188, AWS Solutions Architect Associate and AWS SysOps Administrator Associate — plus Linux, DevOps and cloud fundamentals.
Who can enrol?
Students, working IT professionals, and corporate teams. Private cohorts are available if you are sending a group.
Do I need prior experience?
Not for RHCSA or the AWS Associate courses. RHCE assumes RHCSA-level knowledge. Each course page states its prerequisites.
How is a course structured?
Instruction plus hands-on lab work, with mock exams before the real one. Taught by engineers who run these systems in production.
Is there help finding a role afterwards?
Yes. Job assistance is provided once you have completed training and certification.
When is the next batch and what does it cost?
Batches run through the year and fill first-come. Ask us for the current schedule and price rather than relying on a page that may be out of date.
